  • Browsing history

We do not transmit

  • Your photos or panoramas

  • File contents you open
  • Lists of files you have

Horizon 360 is designed to operate without sending your content to our servers. We don't even have servers.

We do not sell

  • User data
  • Usage data
  • Any information about your content

2. Photos, Files, and iCloud

How Horizon 360 handles the content you choose to load.

Photos access

If you grant Photos permission, Horizon 360 can display panoramic images from your photo library. The app only accesses content you allow and does not upload it to us.

Files access

If you choose files via the system file picker, Horizon 360 can open and display those panoramas. The app does not scan your storage or collect file lists.

iCloud

If your content is stored in iCloud Drive or iCloud Photos, Apple’s iCloud services may be involved in syncing that content to your devices. Horizon 360 does not control or receive iCloud data.

3. Network & Tracking

Horizon 360 is designed to work without tracking.

No analytics

Horizon 360 does not include analytics SDKs and does not track feature usage.

No advertising

Horizon 360 does not serve ads and does not use advertising identifiers.

No accounts

Horizon 360 does not require an account or login. There is no user profile system on our servers.

4. Children’s Privacy

Horizon 360 is not designed to collect personal information from anyone, including children. Apple Vision Pro is intended for older users per Apple’s guidance. Regardless, we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

5. Changes to This Policy

If Horizon 360 adds optional features in the future that affect privacy (for example: online sharing, cloud sync beyond Apple services, or optional diagnostics), this policy will be updated before those features are enabled.

6. Your Choices

You control access through Apple’s system permissions:

  • Allow or deny Photos access
  • Choose specific files via the file picker
  • Remove access at any time in system Settings

If you revoke permissions, Horizon 360 will no longer be able to access that content.
