About

How did we get here? I’ve been a computer programmer my entire life — starting on the Apple //e, moving through Atari ST, Unix, Linux, Mac, iOS, embedded… and beyond. Lots of languages, industrial SCADA, lots of shipped work

I’m also a SCUBA Instructor, and have been for a couple of decades. I’ve led more than 50 trips around the world chasing the best diving the planet has to offer.

Submerged Logic LLC is where those two facets of my life came together.
